Douglas F. Eisenberg Founder & Chief Executive Officer Mr. Eisenberg has been involved in all phases of A&E’s development since its founding in 2011 and determines the strategic direction and all investments of the firm. He participates in the strategic direction and all investments of the firm. He is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and Investment Committee. Prior to the founding of A&E Real Estate, Mr. Eisenberg was the Chief Operating Officer of a multifamily operating company. His responsibilities included all aspects of asset management, property management, finance and development, including the identification and evaluation of potential acquisitions, negotiations with sellers and lenders, the identification of local partners and disposition of mature investments. He participated directly in all major decisions regarding the day-to-day operations of the Firm, and the acquisition, financing, rehabilitation, management and disposition of the Firm’s portfolio. Prior to 1998, Mr. Eisenberg worked for the Mayor of the City of New York as well as the Borough President of The Bronx as a special assistant where he participated in various planning projects including the generation of alternative plans for the redevelopment of various neighborhoods in New York City. Mr. Eisenberg has been an advisor to various city and state-wide political campaigns including the campaigns of Mayor David N. Dinkins. Mr. Eisenberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Cornell University and a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School where he was an Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review. Mr. Eisenberg serves on the boards of Montefiore Hospital, New York Junior Tennis League, New York Urban League and the Citizens Committee for New York.

John Arrillaga, Jr. Founder Mr. Arrillaga is actively involved in all aspects of fund strategy, financing activities and investment decision-making as well as non-real estate investments. He is member of the firm’s Management Committee and Investment Committee. Prior to the founding of A&E Real Estate, Mr. Arrillaga was a principal at Peery/Arrillaga, a closely-held private real estate development and management firm located in Silicon Valley, CA. At Peery/Arrillaga, Mr. Arrillaga’s responsibilities included acquisitions/dispositions, construction management, property management, and leasing. Previously, Mr. Arrillaga spent three years at Apollo Real Estate Advisors in New York, NY. Mr. Arrillaga also has experience with non-real estate investments including angel investing and public market investing. Mr. Arrillaga was born and raised in Northern California. He earned a BA in Human Biology from Stanford University and an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. Mr. Arrillaga is actively involved with allergy research at Stanford University, many local and national non-profit organizations, and is a volunteer youth sports coach.

Wendy Abels Eisenberg Founder Ms. Eisenberg spearheads the property management arm, provides legal oversight for the Firm, oversees the A&E’s staffing functions and sets the corporate culture. She is a key member of the Firm’s leadership team and sits on the executive and management committees as well as its investment committee. Prior to the founding of A&E Real Estate in 2011, Ms. Eisenberg was a member of the 18b Panel for the Appellate Division of the First Department for eight years and an Associate at Rosin and Reiniger, a family law firm, where she represented foster care agencies in litigation. She then went on to work for the New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children where she represented children in neglect, abuse, and matrimonial cases. Ms. Eisenberg graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1990 and from Brooklyn Law School in 1999 as a Robert Sparer Public Interest Fellow.

Maggie Brunn President Ms. Brunn joined A&E in 2012. As President, she is actively involved in the strategic direction of the firm and managing all areas of the firm including operations, investments, financings, capital programs, and dispositions. She is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and Investment Committee. Prior to her time at A&E Real Estate, Ms. Brunn worked as part of the acquisitions group at Greenfield Partners, a $2.6 billion fund. Her responsibilities included identification, pursuit and underwriting of investment opportunities. She was also responsible for portfolio level analyses of Greenfield’s funds. Before Greenfield, Ms. Brunn worked at Urban American handling all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and investor relations, as well as asset management of two condominium conversion properties. Ms. Brunn obtained her BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University. Ms. Brunn is actively involved with Minds Matter, a college focused program for underprivileged high school students.

Anthony Cacioppo Chief Financial Officer Mr. Cacioppo oversees the Firm’s finance and treasury functions as well as debt management and lender relationships. As a member of the Management Committee, he contributes to the strategic direction of the company. Prior to A&E Real Estate, Mr. Cacioppo was Vice President in the Private Equity Group at Goldman Sachs & Company. His main responsibilities as a Senior Risk Manager included developing hedging policies and overseeing in excess of $100 billion of foreign exchange and interest rate exposure. Mr. Cacioppo was also responsible for spearheading and adhering to all Dodd Frank legislation across more than 75 Private Equity Partnerships. In his 18+ years at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Cacioppo obtained strong expertise in developing and maintaining relationships with banks domestically and internationally in order to obtain most the competitive pricing, while managing day to day liquidity of the Partnerships. Mr. Cacioppo holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration in International Finance from Saint John’s University.

Shilpa Dulani Executive Vice President, Finance Ms. Dulani is a Certified Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with over 20 years of experience in Finalization of accounts, financial reporting, implementing accounting systems for multi-division and multi- location companies and formulation implementation of MIS and internal control processes and checks. Ms. Dulani is responsible for overseeing and managing the activities of A&E Real Estate Management’s India based accounting office.

Alexandra Smith General Counsel Ms. Smith is the General Counsel of A&E and joined the firm in 2014. She is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and is responsible for all legal aspects of the business and resident relations matters. Ms. Smith holds a BS from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from New York Law School. She organizes resident outreach efforts for the firm, including the previous participation in the Riverdale Run.

Keri Gorsky Executive Vice President, Finance Ms. Gorsky is a Certified Public Accountant. She graduated with honors with a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University. Ms. Gorsky started her career at Ernst and Young, working in the financial services industry. Prior to working at A&E, Ms. Gorsky was the Controller at Ramius Capital Group, LLC, a multi-strategy asset management firm. Among other responsibilities, Ms. Gorsky oversees the management company accounting at A&E.
