When you join A&E, you become part of a family, and we support you. The majority of our senior executives have been at A&E since its founding, growing with us as we have grown. We host a robust annual internship program encouraging people from many backgrounds to join us at A&E for real on-the-job experiences. Many of these internships turn into full-time employment. Today, some of our most senior executives started as interns.
